After two fallen contracts we were exhausted with trying to sell our house, especially with a fallen market. However, while looking at a house to buy, we met Mike through Bayleys. We signed up with him and he put the feelers out for buyers for our property. Within a couple of weeks we were already under contract. Then we got extra lucky and were given a back up offer, which thankfully got picked up and a week and half later we were sold.
