If any maintenance is required the personnel notify us promptly so that the required repairs are carried out promptly. When we require new tenants they select appropriate people to rent our property. When we had an issue arise with the school at the rear of the property the personnel communicated with the school to have the issue resolved. The personnel kept us informed right through until it was resolved.
