Matthew discovered his passion for Property Management in 2006, beginning his career with a small Christchurch company before progressing to manage both a growing portfolio and a team within a larger Christchurch-based organisation. In 2010, Matthew partnered with Lisa and Bayleys Canterbury to establish Bayleys Property Management Canterbury. Since then, he has played a key role in building a highly respected team that manages a portfolio of quality properties with professionalism and care. Matthew holds a Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management and brings extensive industry knowledge to his role. Even after many years in the industry, he continues to enjoy the daily challenges presented by evolving markets, ongoing legislative change, and the opportunity to find effective solutions. She holds a SKILLS New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management and is also a property investor herself, giving her first-hand insight into what matters most to owners. Highly driven, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organised, Lisa is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. It was great to be able to get into a place so quickly after learning we needed to move. The response from the agent over questions and queries have been quick via email. Though from previous experiences with rental companies we have found it odd not to have met the agent(s) in person as of yet. But overall happy with everything so far. Thank you!

We have had such a positive experience dealing with our Property Manager - Maycee throughout the process of securing our new rental. From our very first viewing, she was lovely to deal with - friendly, approachable, and professional. Her communication has been exceptional, keeping us informed and making the whole process feel smooth and easy. The key collection process was also a great experience. The Bayleys office on Deans Ave was warm and welcoming, and everything was organised and handled smoothly, which made the start of our tenancy feel really positive. We really appreciate the care and professionalism we have been shown so far, and we would happily recommend Maycee and the rest of the team to anyone looking for a great property management experience!

I did not have to lift a finger. Anna and Amy were professional, efficient, and super knowledgeable. Viewings were booked in quickly and without hassle, and as a first time landlord, no question was too silly. Before moving out, the water cylinder sprung a leak. Bayleys had a plumber round the same day with one text and low cost. I highly recommend Bayleys as your PM team for your next investment.
