We always knew selling a home could be tough, but we had no idea just how much was involved. David and his team supported us every step of the way through what turned out to be a particularly complex situation. Before we even listed, they offered guidance on legal matters, assisted with staging options, connected us with reliable tradespeople, and even after negotiating a successful contract (within three weeks of the house going on the market!), they continued helping us work through building issues. We really appreciated David’s steadying advice in pressured situations, and prompt communications / responsiveness at all hours.
