We went looking at the house in question with family who were searching for a house in Auckland - it pretty quickly became apparent that the house wasn't exactly what they were looking for, but equally quickly my wife and I fell in love with the place. Throughout the whole purchasing process, David has been nothing short of perfect. Extremely quick and efficient communication - both to ourselves and to the vendors, great knowledge and expertise on both the property and the suburb, and most importantly, he is just a great guy all around (we even got a message from our solicitor that he personally went in behind the walls to check regarding a question around the insulation we had put forward). All in all, we couldn't be happier with the process of purchasing this property which is in no small part due to David and his team at Bailey's Pt. Chev.

I was overseas at the time, and they seamlessly worked with my family and builder to make it all happen. i’d not been intending to sell my house, was only looking casually then i found something i wanted to think about that was going to auction, but to be serious i had to be sure i could sell my house. I thought about doing it privately, as i sold my last house that way, but after talking to Jackson from Bayleys, i felt confident that I could let him and David and Jennifer test my house casually by showing a few people around. An experiment of sorts. A few groups went through on a Sunday. One of those groups returned with a builder that week and within days we had an offer that pleased both parties. It’s unconditional now and I feel i had the most seamless house sale ever. Everything ran so smoothly and best of all, I trusted this team. Can highly recommend. And in a nice symmetry, David and Jennifer sold me the house i was selling 15 years ago, and I liked them then too!

We had not sold our house with Bayley’s opposition, so signed up "The Team" of David, Jennifer and Jackson, and what a different experience we had! They joined us to their "WhatsApp" and we worked so well together. Any questions were answered immediately by the relevant team member. All of them have combined strengths, but then separately different strengths. The perfect team! Their marketing was wonderful. Had a real good strategy, which had not been our previous experience. Each one of them, we had a good rapport, and Jackson, the young gun has been a good addition. They are all so pleasant, energetic and such a pleasure to work with. I would sign them up again in a heartbeat!
