Ralph Kindl has superb market knowledge, and very professional in his approach and communication.
Our experience with Ralph from the get go was awesome and it made such a difference of an often very stressful time. Ralph was patient, considered our personal circumstances and requirements, guided us through the months prior to putting our property on the market, and provided solid and realistic advice based on great market knowledge and understanding of the industry. By the time our property was listed we were comfortable and confident that we had a very good agent on both our side and that of a potential buyer. Ralph delivered on the promises made, regularly checked in with us on the progress and results of open homes, and put in a lot of effort to contact potential buyers. In the end our property got sold in less than two months due to Ralph's hard work, dedication and persistence. We certainly will recommend Ralph to anyone thinking about putting their home on the market. A big thank you, Ralph!

Great guy!
I really enjoyed working with Ralph on the sale of my property. He was at all times cheerful and easy to work with which I’m sure carried through to the buyers. Professional, authentic, personable, and knows her stuff!
We met Holly after interacting with a handful of other local agents, and was immediately impressed with her authenticity and professionalism. There are no slimy tactics here, just genuine care and desire to get the best results for us as the sellers. Holly is driven, but equally understanding of the stresses involved when selling a house (especially with little people involved). Exceeded expectations in every way
Martin had been recommended to me by people I trusted so I was comfortable to work with him but nothing could have prepared me for the professionalism and commitment that he provided. I’ve bought and sold a number of properties and my experience has always been that agents promise much and deliver less. With Martin nothing could have been further from this. It started with him not being pushy and understanding that I needed to take my time to make a decision. He was also realistic on pricing and the final sale price was right in his expected range. However it was when it came to the preparation of the property that he really showed his caliber. I live abroad so undertaking work such as painting and re-carpeting would have been enormously challenging. Martin took on all of the responsibility for finding tradesmen and monitoring the work through to completion. He took all of the pain and difficulty out of this sale for me and I am very grateful. I would work with Martin again in a heartbeat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to any prospective seller.

We put our house on the market after having an offer accepted that was subject to the sale of our home. Martin Cardno moved quickly - organising photography and getting our listing live within days, and open homes that weekend. He secured multiple offers by our deadline and, when we received a cash-out notice, he worked hard to get an offer at the level needed to keep our purchase on track. All of this happened within a tight 3-week campaign - an incredible effort in the current market. Martin’s communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates, vendor reports, and helpful reminders to keep things moving.
