I spent close to six months searching for just the right property to purchase. During this time, I went to up to 12 open homes each weekend and interacted with countless agents from across the Porirua district. I made it known to each one I met, that I was seriously looking, and that I would be interested in viewing anything that fit my needs. During this entire six month period there was only one agent who took the initiative to call me as (or even before) properties were listed, and that agent was Martin.
