Excellent communication and empathy throughout the whole selling process.

Very accommodating and kept us informed

Not living in Auckland at the time, Kaid was great at keeping us informed on what was going on, building inspection, valuation and allowing friends and family to come through the property. He went out of his way a number of times to provide access to the home and was very prompt at arranging times for visits. We got our valuation back for the bank in an unheard timeframe of 2 days. Thanks Kaid!
