Kaid has a good knowledge of the market and property worth. His relationship with the developer is a good one which enables him to give very useful advice. He’s also a very nice man with a an extremely helpful demeanour.

Kaid was excellent at keeping us fully updated and in the loop about everyone who viewed the property, ultimately resulting in a sale. Even though the price was less than we wanted, he definitely tried to get the best price for us. It is an extremely hard market out there, so we appreciated all the work in getting this across the line. Would thoroughly recommend Kaid to make this process as smooth as possible.

Not living in Auckland at the time, Kaid was great at keeping us informed on what was going on, building inspection, valuation and allowing friends and family to come through the property. He went out of his way a number of times to provide access to the home and was very prompt at arranging times for visits. We got our valuation back for the bank in an unheard timeframe of 2 days.
