They were both professional to the core and so dedicated….. We recently purchased and sold through Angela and Nick Fleet, and we were absolutely amazed and blown away by the ease in which these processes took place. We live in Hamilton and purchasing and selling at Mount Maunganui meant we had to have open communication and trust with them both. This was never questioned and the transactions were made so simplistic because of this. They were both professional to the core and so dedicated to getting us any information we required. They work so well as a Team, each complimenting the other, something not that often seen. Thank you ever so much “Team Fleet” for making our next move in the Bay an enjoyable and memorable one. Congratulations on your Success – you so deserve. Karen and Clem Newby

Right from our first meeting with Karen we knew she was the Realtor we wanted to sell our home and in the weeks to follow this first impression never changed. She worked tirelessly to market our property and always kept us updated with everything she did. This was big for us as we are big communicators ourselves and we wanted to know what was happening at all times. Karen knows the market very well and was able to bring potential buyers through who were serious and not just type kickers. When the offers came in she guided us very well and talked us through all scenarios until we were able to accept the right one and we could not be happier. Karen isn’t like many other realtors who we find are all talk and no substance, she will work for you the seller all the way to a great end result! Thanks very much Karen from two very happy sellers!

After a few long tedious months’ of looking for a suitable property to purchase, Karen found one she thought would suit our search. We loved it, but felt it was too far out of our reach, for a number of reasons. She carefully kept an eye on progressions, with gentle updates. After a few changes in the campaign, it became within our reach again. After another 3 weeks of negotiations and fulfilling clause after clause, we managed to secure the property of our dreams. Without Karen’s positive and honest approach, we would never had been able to achieve this dream. We couldn’t recommend her more! We are over the moon with our new home. Thank you so much, Karen.
