I recently listed my Mount Maunganui property with Renaee through Bayleys. I found Renaee to be very conscientious, likeable and a highly competent Real Estate Agent. Renaee guided me through the ups and downs of selling (and purchasing a subsequent property) with compassion and integrity. I would have no hesitation in recommending Renaee, who has been a pleasure to deal with.

Selling your home can be a very challenging time. None more so than in a period where the market is stalling and buyers are apprehensive. However having chosen Angela & Nick to market our property was the best decision we could have made to navigate this process. We had the pleasure of working with Karen for our first home purchase, and her exceptional service made the experience seamless. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication (putting in overtime while juggling different timezones) were outstanding, providing us with confidence and turning what could have been a daunting process into a stress-free journey. Angela and Nick Fleet were both extremely professional at all times. They were great communicators and we always had faith in them. When our open homes weren't getting the foot traffic we wanted, we changed our tactics from auction to a set price. This brought the results we required. Angela and Nick communicated with us so well during the whole house selling process. They made it smooth sailing when it can be a very stressful time. We highly recommend both of them to vendors.

We have purchased and sold a significant number of properties over the years but never before have we encountered real estate agents who were so genuine in listening to what we really wanted to achieve, and working alongside us to achieve a positive outcome. We originally purchased through Angela 6 years ago (her first sale!), have since referred close friends who have also been thrilled with the outcomes they achieved. We have really enjoyed working with Angela and Nick yet again, and continue to value their friendly and positive outlook, and their sense of professionalism. We would not hesitate to recommend Angela and Nick to anyone who might be considering selling or buying a property.

Nick and Angela are consummate professionals. They are extremely conscientious and knowledgeable, keeping abreast of all the developments in the market and ensuring our property remained competitive and at the fore. The marketing was spot on and the video outstanding. Nick and Angela were also open to any agents who wanted to bring their clients through, which expanded the potential purchaser base and ultimately led to the sale of our property. It was also a pleasure to work with Hayley, their hard working Personal Assistant who was efficient, prompt and always ready to assist us. PENNY & PAUL
