We were thrilled we chose Angela and Nick to market our home as they have a high profile in the area and are well respected. They are a complimentary team and are great communicators always there to give advice and answer and address any concerns we had. The way they marketed our house was outstanding and we were very impressed with what they did in terms of the video, photos and brochures they produced. Like everyone we wanted to achieve the best price in what were difficult market conditions and Angel and Nick delivered on that presenting three offers one of which was accepted. If you want professional agents who work hard for you to get the price you want then Angela and Nick are your team.

Karen was super easy to work with. She worked with us to quickly secure a great property and was extremely helpful along the way. No question felt silly (and I ask a LOT of questions). She was patient, friendly, efficient, and got the job done quickly. We are super excited about our purchase.

We recently sold our property through Bayleys Papamoa. We chose Nick and Angela Fleet to list and market the property. Right from the start of the campaign it became clear we chose very well. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and enthusiasm by both Angela and Nick. Excellent communication was evident throughout the campaign when dealing with updates on viewings and potential buyers. The manner in which we were treated was commendable. Always so pleasant to deal with. Our interests were always at the forefront during the marketing campaign. A thoroughly enjoyable and stress free process when dealing with Angela and Nick. They come highly recommended should you wish to sell you property. Steve and Louise
