Late last year, when I made the decision to put my Waimauku lifestyle property on the market, I interviewed three different agents from different real estate companies. During the campaign, I received detailed weekly written reports about each open home and several phone calls to keep me up to date with progress. Most importantly, it felt like they were looking out for our best interests and considering all variables rather than just seeking a quick sale. We have definitely felt comfortable that we were in great hands and our faith was absolutely justified by a fantastic result - even under level 4 conditions! Amazingly, even after we had advised Simon and Cooper what price we would sell for they even went and got a higher price and we are not sure many other agents would do that!
