We found Cooper and Simond both listened to the way we wanted the sale to go.
We found Cooper and Simond both listened to the way we wanted the sale to go with out to much stress and they kept in contact with both us and our son who is in advertising sending everything through for his approval. We had great response and under all circumstances received a satisfactory result over a four week deadline sale.

Impeccable management of the sale including managing existing tenants and offshore seller!
Cooper and Simon are fantastic to work with. This is our second sale with them however this time from offshore. Cooper's consistent and clear communication and feedback has kept us well informed throughout the process. In a tricky market the positioning of the property and the marketing support was bang on in terms of attracting multiple buyers with a large volume of people through open homes. We are really pleased to have achieved another sale with a fantastic team.

As is where is sale
Walked into the office one Friday lunchtime looking for an agent and found Chris,(heading out the door) he delayed his lunch and talked through my situation. From the start I found him easy to communicate with, straight up and did what he said he was going to do. From first meeting to Sale was just shy of 6 weeks. Would recommend Chris and if the need arose Would work with him again.
