Great experience

Clearly understood and explained to buyers the unique features of our rural property

Ellie and Hannah worked as a team, with a combination of professionalism and lived experience of rural living to develop a marketing strategy directed at a range of potential buyers. Supported by the photographer, their property descriptions attracted national interest. They explained clearly their proposed programme and provided valuable feedback from all open homes and buyer inquiries. They responded to lessons learned during the process and adapted their approach to meet the market. They dealt professionally and competently with offers submitted, including some management of vendor expectations in a softening market, and managed the sale process following contract signing.

Easy to work with, responsive and great communication

Sarah had good knowledge of the market. Took time to ensure the photos, video and other marketing was top notch. Had ideas about keeping the marketing fresh. She kept us informed the whole way through the process, and would call straight after each open home, with updates on how it had gone. She was responsive and would take time to answer our questions, talk through different options. I would definitely recommend.

Genuine and hard working

This is the second time we have used Sarah to sell a house for us. She is a great person to deal with. She is honest and practical, genuine and hard working. She achieved a great result at the price we needed when others had valued the property lower. She was very realistic with our expectations. She did a great marketing job and allowed us input when we wanted it. All round, just a fantastic agent, and I don't say that lightly!
