We had been looking for a new home for some time, and had met Ellie and Hannah on more than one occasion. Then we found the home we wanted. Supported by the photographer, their property descriptions attracted national interest. They explained clearly their proposed programme and provided valuable feedback from all open homes and buyer inquiries. They responded to lessons learned during the process and adapted their approach to meet the market. They dealt professionally and competently with offers submitted, including some management of vendor expectations in a softening market, and managed the sale process following contract signing.
