From the first contact we had with Sam, we felt we were in safe and trustworthy, expert hands. We're not huge wheelers-and-dealers, Sam made it easy and gave us all information in a professional, while also easy to understand way. It was obvious to us throughout that Sam is committed to knowing the community well and working to make all parties involved have a smooth experience. Selling our little home was emotional at times.
