Her strategy, when selling our house resulted in a very good sale price in a tough market. Sam's communication with us before and during the process, was clear and kept us well informed. Her methods of communication were via text, email, phone calls and face to face meetings. Sam was professional in every aspect e.g. presentation of herself, the different marketing options we could chose and she familiarised herself well with the property so that she was well prepared during open homes. Sam was quick to contact us if any potential buyers had questions she couldn't answer. Sam was also solution focused.

We're not huge wheelers-and-dealers, Sam made it easy and gave us all information in a professional, while also easy to understand way.
