We first met Sarah as potential purchasers. Initially I was sceptical of taking an estate agents advice but very quickly Sarah became the key player in helping us secure our next dream home which included an inter-generational purchase on a lifestyle sized property. There were so many moving parts and everything had to align perfectly. Sarah guided us through the tender process so we were the preferred purchasers of the home we wanted. This included the sale of our home within 25 working days - which she achieved. As sellers, Sarah set clear expectations so we knew where we stood at each point. The final offer we accepted was in line with her strategy all along. The final piece of our puzzle was to sell my parents home, and against all odds (hugely competitive market with 15 other homes on sale in Te Awa) she managed to sell within a week with a cash buyer. From the very beginning Sarah sat down and explained everything that we needed to know, what we could expect and a few ideas to help get this house ready for the market. Sam was brilliant from the start, she explained all the processes that we would experience. Sam kept us up to date with progress and in any change in strategy she believed was required, these were clearly relayed. The sale took longer than hoped, due to the market, but Sam's enthusiasm and determination kept us positive. She was nothing but professional, Sam took away all the stress in such an emotional life changing event. A wonderful person with a great sense of humour and a real feel for the clients wellbeing. I would only use Sam for any future home sales.
