Sarah came into my property journey after I attended an open home she was running for a property I was evaluating. At that stage the journey had been underway for several months, both in terms of a purchase and the sale of my current home. I immediately liked her, and her approach and when the time came, I engaged her to sell my current home. Sarah understood my vision of where I wanted to get to with my property journey and developed a strategy to achieve that in a very competitive environment in my area. That involved planning the exact timing of when to hit the market and how in terms of the marketing approach. The result was we ended up with a multiple offer situation after the first open home. Sarah’s energy, communication and reporting throughout the process couldn’t be faulted and was always honest and forthright. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah, even after we’d got the sale under contract she was a great sounding board and fountain of knowledge and advice for the purchase stage of the journey. The sale process is drawn out, naturally, as you are getting your home and property ready before you first meet with her for an appraisal, then preparing for photos and the video, maintaining things as you go through weekly open homes and frequent private viewings, to finally going unconditional and selling.
