Our property took awhile to sell but with Sam's expertise we finally managed to sell getting what we wanted, Sam has great local knowledge and is realistic with pricing , so often you are promised an unrealistic price just so the agent can get the property but not Sam, she's honest and factual.

I dont write reviews. However for Sarah and her team I had to make an exception. "Team Knight" are the epitamy of what real estate agents can be. Communication, negotiation, presentation - impeccable at all times. It may sound odd but I almost wanted them to drop the ball just once to prove they are human! :-) Seriously though, they very, very efficient as a team while at the same time very personal and caring in what is a stressful time. We where under a tight time frame to move to the South Island with our two children so the last thing we needed where issues with real estate agents dropping the ball. Sarah and the team worked hard and made it happen. The marketing was A1 with all digital tools and channels utilised 100%. Sarah's manner is calm and collected, caring but always factual without ego. She has great knowledge about how to market different property types and the sales approach. Our property was a little unique so she tailored the sales method (tender). I initialy didnt think tender would be the way to go for our property, however it most certainly was. This team I would bet would be top 5% in NZ. In fact, they are and we can see why.
