But put full trust in the process recommended to us. The strategy for our circumstance was perfect and we followed their lead. The sale price, conditions and speed of the sale exceeded our expectations. Andrew's negotiation skills were seriously good. Presenting us with 4 offers and explaining the pros and cons of each one. Selling our property in essentially 2 days. Which is pretty unheard of in this market. Andrew and Rachael were flawless in their communication, super accommodating and prompt.
