We listed and sold with Gretchen in April 2021. We found her very approachable, friendly and informative. She was always contactable and more than happy to answer all the questions we had. We found Gretchen and her whole team to be very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend to all.

Grethen was great to deal with. She has an excellent knowledge of the local market and communicated with us throughout the campaign. She brought a lot of buyers through our property and we had 15 offers which was amazing. We would throughly recommend her and look forward to working with her in the future

I cannot recommend Gretchen, Erin and team highly enough. They made the marketing and sale of my father's property stress-free. Every aspect was handled with the utmost professionalism, and Dad was treated so well during the process. We are really happy with the outcome which now allows Dad to relocate to be closer to family. He will miss Gretchen's calls! Thanks so much team, you are awesome.

After extensive research on agents & asking numerous questions particularly those who had sold recently, there was almost always Gretchen Paape's name & the praise for her sales ability & exceptional marketing skills of which we concur whole heartedly. We continue to support Gretchen, her sales team & have no hesitation in recommending Gretchen & Bayleys.
