Gretchen sold us a property. She quickly worked out the kind of place that would suit us and while she was obviously representing the vendor she was also very attentive as far as we were concerned. In particular she was always very prompt in responding to our inquiries.

Gretchen was a delight to work with, gave great advice and was always respectful and efficient. She knew exactly what needed to be done, her appraisal was right on the money and she worked really hard to create interest and buyers. Could not ask for better real estate hands to be in, I wouldn;t use anyone else.

Working with Gretchen and her team Erin & Hannah was a great experience I had taken time to research a suitable agent that had a significant history of delivering results within my area. Gretchen stood out to be very personable and continued to impress me with her clear timely communication and above all her Professionalism. Gretchen’s warm approach and great sense of humour made selling my house an enjoyable experience whilst achieving a great result.

Gretchen and Erin have been prompt and easy to deal with with. This isn’t an easy buyers market and I have found other local agents rude and condescending

Gretchen's in depth knowledge of the market helped me secure a great property in a very competitive market. A pleasure to work with and was there for every step of the process. Would highly recommend and will certainly be in touch when looking to buy or sell again!

We have had the pleasure of knowing Gretchen over the past four years since shifting from Auckland, where we had long standing relationships with our local realestate agents. Without a word of doubt Gretchen is the most professional, efficient and effective realestate agent we have had the pleasure in dealing with.

For making our decision uncomplicated, and easy. We were at times over the last few months in a confused and complicated scenario. You never once made us feel uncomfortable, no pressure came from you. You clearly understand your clients.
