Once again Kimberly has succeeded, with communication and guidance another positive outcome.
We know that Kimberly works tirelessly to achieve a relationship with all prospective buyers to show our property to its full potential. Her recomendation in being able to secure a staging company (IforDesign), really was imperative to entice the clients through on open days and for marketing. Kimberly updated us on the progress as each stage of negotiations were progressing and finalising so leaving both us and the buyers completely happy. Make sure you have a conversation with Kimberly if you are considering buying or selling as she’s what makes the difference.

Selling our rental property was an unexpected decision. I would highly recommend Josh to sell your commercial property.
Josh and Rebecca were fabulous to deal with, from the initial contact to post sale of my property. 1st week = 1st offer!!
We weren't looking until we were... after seeing our dream home, we wasted no time in getting to work to get our house ready for market, photos and 1st open home. We only had a few days but after our first week we had our first offer. We really vibed with Sarah. She was a breath of fresh air, down to earth, and gave us straight up advice and guidance throughout the entire process. She listened and gently guided us through the practical and emotional process of selling and buying a home and understood our risk appetite and happy to say she delivered with an amazing result for all parties! After seeing our dream lifestyle property, Sarah was the listing agent and we decided to get her to sell our home in Hamilton. Sarah juggled beautifully the conflict of interest and we felt like she was for us both (vendor and purchaser). She knew the best strategy for our situation and helped us achieve a decent price for our home at auction and then the next day going on to win at auction!
