Seth was great from his first visit to the later communications giving us the occasional bad news , then better news , then in the end with news of a very successful sale. Yes he was one of the younger components of a very polished Karl Davis Team , yes with the smaller pair of Red Bands but he was full of knowledge and very aware of our wishes , whilst adding his valued experience . We always welcomed his visits with Team sale news , rugby or golf experiences which helped us through the sale process. All in all we were so pleased that Seth was around the corner with the helpful phone call on a very regular basis. We have had past experience with the Bayleys Team and fully recommend the contact from the whole KD Team from the girls in the office confirming visits with Seth or Karl and others. This real estate Sales process is a challenging experience BUT I HAVE TO STRESS , that this Team is a valued part of the process and worthy of always using. Many thanks to a Great Team.

Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with in the purchase of our new home. Even though she was working as the vendor agent, she made sure we understood the process and kept us up to date with any new information as the sale progressed and we discovered a few road bumps but we made it in the end and could not be happier that we stuck it out and Sarah made the whole process so much easier! Matt was efficient and had a great plan from the start. He had a number of contacts and made good use of his networking skills to get our property in front of as many people as possible. The few days prior and on the day of the auction he was still working the phones fielding questions and making inquiries.
