I was particularly impressed with Anita's friendliness and confidence. She knows the market well and our conversations were always friendly and positive with no pressure whatsoever. Anita and her PA, Anna make an impressive team. I received regular updates on each of the six 'open homes', together with a weekly Vendor's Report. Anita was always available on the phone and checked in with me regularly. I would certainly give my highest recommendations for the service I received from Anita.

Nick is a very pleasant person to work with. He even reshuffled his appointments to allow us to view the house, because we were driving from Wanaka and only had limited time available. Nick showed us the house and answered our numerous questions about the property honestly and in detail. We had a complex negotiation process with the vendors and Nick kept us well informed during all stages and helped along the way. He was also very approachable and quickly replied to emails/text messages even after hours. Kees, during our meetings together carefully explained each aspect of the sale and was willing to answer questions and repeat things we didn’t understand at first.
