Rob, the agent for house we purchased, was pleasant to deal with in every sense. He arranged a viewing to suit us, coming from out of town, was early for the appointment, so ready and waiting. He was straight up about the house and provided good information. Rob was quick always to respond to texts, emails and calls. He did some running round to check on things that helped the sale work. He knew the area because he lived there and was front-foot but not pushy, striking the right balance between advocating for his client and encouraging us. All in all, excellent to work with.
