It's a difficult decision sometimes to sell a house. It's a home with memories and character and may carry a great deal of emotional attachment. The sale isn't just a simple business transaction. Yes, it will require a sales agent, and at times, a talent greater than that. Sharon is an astute business woman, professional, knowledgeable and expert at what she does. But, in my view, important as these talents are, Sharon has the sensitivity and finesse essential when working with people. Hard to imagine anyone else handling a house sale with such grace.

I was very nervous & stressed about selling the character home I had lived in & enjoyed for 24 years. Anita was very helpful, professional & positive in her approach & managed to keep me calm throughout the process.
