Alice's professional & proactive work ethic ensured a great outcome was achieved. The sale was not straightforward due to issues with the LIM report, however Alice took all the stress away and managed the process with the council herself to ensure the necessary CCC were obtained. Sharon and Alana provided us with an excellent service when they recently sold a house for us. In a difficult market the house was sold within 10 days of the first open home - with only three open homes in total. The house belonged to an elderly relative and they were extremely considerate of the extra difficulties that entailed for us.
