Although we are not Yafei’s main clients, he remained attentive to our needs, and has been so nice, approachable, and communicative. He ensured to make us feel heard and we felt his sincerity with regards to our transactions with him as he always considered our thoughts and feedbacks. It was a very smooth purchase, thanks to Yafei’s professionalism and knowledge in his craft! Thank you!

Alice is incredibly helpful, bubbly and lovely to talk to, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure that we knew all we needed to, and to work out a timeline that worked for both parties. She made the experience enjoyable and significantly less stressful; working with her was lovely and enlightening.

Martin has been wonderful to work with. Kept us informed every step of the way, with email copies of all marketing undertaken and especially statistics from all media sites. The marketing photos were of top quality and we received four offers within one week of marketing commencing. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin to other vendors.

Martin and the Bayleys team did a fantastic job of selling Mum's house. He made it so easy and took care off everything. We didn't have to worry about advertising or photography. He did it all and always with a smile. Honest and reliable. Couldn't fault it. Thank you

On purchasing our new home we found Alice to be an exceptional communicator, very professional and an absolute delight to work with. So much so that we have asked Alice to market our existing house for us. She is brilliant.
