We were recommended Pam and Abby as a real estate agent team on the basis of their performance and we were not disappointed. They demonstrated a thorough working knowledge of the Dunedin real estate market, were excellent communicators and totally professional as we negotiated our sale price. Thank you.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Alice in buying our very first home! She welcomed us from the moment we stepped into our dream house and guided us along the journey until we bought the place! We really appreciated her responsiveness, knowledge and communication. We look forward to working with her in the future and would recommend to anyone!

We had the privilege of working with Alice as our real estate agent for selling our house in Dunedin. Alice exhibited a remarkable level of expertise and understanding of the local real estate market, and her guidance was invaluable throughout the entire selling process. While our house was unique and lovely, it was also quirky and we knew it would be a challenge to find the right buyer. Alice was absolutely up to the task. Throughout the process, Alice was highly communicative and responsive, keeping us well-informed at each step of the home-selling journey. Her professionalism and courtesy were evident, and she and her agency always conducted themselves with the utmost integrity. We couldn't have been more pleased with Alice's assistance in selling our house. If you're looking for a real estate agent in Dunedin, I wholeheartedly recommend Alice. She expertly handled every challenge that arose during the process and made our experience as smooth as possible. Thanks Alice!

While looking for a property to buy I found Alice to be warm and inviting. Once we found a property Alice was knowledgeable and efficient with the steps we needed to take. Living out of the region Alice made the purchase extremely smooth with online documentation available at each step. I highly recommend Alice to sell and buy a home with.
