Linda was straight up from the start, as well as being super prompt with responses. I got no big BS like so many other realtors about the sellers wishes, and what it would take to make this deal happen from their point of view. And she paved the way to to ensure the vendors understood what we needed to make the deal happen from our point of view And so we concluded in a short period, with minimum fuss and angst. How it should be, with I believe a happy vendor and purchaser, both comfortable with the deal and the process.
