Lynda Betts recently sold my late father’s beloved property located on the Devonport waterfront. Lynda was a delight to work and was very patient in guiding us through the sale process. At all times communications with her were clear and concise. She has a high level of empathy and made the sale process as stress free as possible for us. Lynda is instantly likeable and forms a speedy rapport with people. She is very generous with her time and will always go the extra mile. For example, she added some of her personal touches (and even her own houseplants) to enhance the staging. When potential buyers lingered on long after the Open Homes were finished, she treated them with respect and allowed them the extra viewing time. Lynda is very hardworking and doesn’t leave any stone unturned. Her follow up with potential buyers after the Open Homes was to be highly commended. We meet Helen when buying our house. Looking back over the last 8 months since we have been here, I must say it was a very pleasant experience. Just talked to you like a friend, no hard sell. Looked at the pro's and con's of the place. Just an honest discussion...all rather refreshing these days. I don't think there was anything we didn't know about the house or the area, or the auctioning process by the time Helen had updated us. Very much appreciated. We keep in the loop just touching base occasionally to see how things are going. Should we sell or buy another place in the area Helen is our immediate go to. I would recommend Helen to friends or family should they be looking to buy in the area. You only have to meet her to see the difference with other professionals in this field.
