Fantastic agent, a joy to work with
Ailsa really has been such a pleasure to work with. It's clear that she is looking out for the best interests of her vendor, but does this whilst being extremely accommodating and helpful to the purchase (me!). I've often found vendor's agents to be quite difficult as they're there for the vendor only, but I just never got that sense from Ailsa. I think this ultimately comes down to Ailsa's people-first approach. Ailsa is also smart, professional, and knowledgeable. 100% would recommend Ailsa.

All things are possible
Selling our family home was a significant event for us and having a good agent who would professionally market our property and get multiple buyers to our auction was important. Ailsa sold our lifestyle block in Coatesville and it was a great experience working with her.

Fantastic experience with Ailsa in selling our house
Ailsa put together an excellent marketing campaign from the very start. Her experience in and knowledge of this area was superb. From the first meeting, we knew what we had to do to prepare our house. Ailsa and her team then put together an amazing campaign, from still photos, a great video, signboard, Open Homes and private viewings all with superb follow up and advice. Then finally the auction and success! A huge thank you to Ailsa and her team.

Going above and beyond
I found Ailsa and her team to be extremely professional and pleasant to work with. She and Chelsea set out very clearly the methods they envisaged regarding advertising and showing my home and were in constant contact over the time of the sales process. In my opinion they went well beyond what one would normally expect from agents, including staging the bedrooms with attractive pillows, quilts and rugs, spending hours clarifying points with the local council and then rallying buyers to participate in the auction in an extremely short time period. Over two open homes before lockdown they attracted over 50 groups to view the property and then achieved a price well beyond my expectations, all in a matter of three weeks. I have bought and sold a few houses before and can honestly say that they are by far the best salespersons that I have ever come across. I am most thankful to them both and also to Ani in the office who was quick to deal with a raft of paperwork and questions.

Land Purchase
My husband an I had been looking for a property for some time and in a difficult market. Our experience with Ailsa and her PA Chelsea was exceptional.
