We were under pressure to sell our home in Coatesville after we relocated to Whangarei. The market wasn't good and the war in Iran had taken away the expactation that there would be a relief for sellers in the first quarter of 2026. We made contact with Ailsa, and signed up. It was the best decision we made. Ailsa and Chelsea were always available to talk and they kept us updated with how our marketing campain was going over the 4 week period. There were a few issues with our land which I believe scared purchasers off, however on auction day our property sold! We are so thankful for the professional and friendly service we received from Team Ailsa, and the cherry on the cake - our property sold at auction. Thank you Ailsa and Chelsea. We are so grateful! Ailsas communication was excellent and she worked with every possible buyer that enquired and showed some interest. It was a very long campaign due to market conditions but Ailsa continually worked every buyer. Ailsa kept giving me buyer feedback and made me realise that my expectations were too high in the changing market. At no stage did Ailsa mislead either party and worked hard to make a deal work for both parties
