Ailsa and Chelsea really are the A Team
Living in Coatesville for nearly 20 years, it's impossible to not notice that Ailsa McArthur and Bayleys are by far the most experienced, dedicated, and reliable people to sell your home. We trusted Ailsa and Chelsea's judgement and advice at every step of the way, and this was repaid every week with encouraging words and actions from them, and ultimately the successful sale of our treasured home! From tips on what we should do to present our home in the best light, to lending us a load of indoor and outdoor cushions to enhance the look of rooms and areas.... Ailsa and Chelsea's genuine care and conscientious work ethics just can't be beaten. And the end result speaks for itself. For the month of February, we looked forward to our weekly debrief every Tuesday afternoon and I can honestly say that we enjoyed the whole process from start to finish. You two really are the dream team, and we honestly wouldn't have wanted to do it any other way. Just sayin.

Sale of Family Property
Ailsa worked with her colleagues to sell what was a challenging property with many colliding dynamics. These included a falling market price wise, Auckland Council changes to their planning rules for the property/area and the many facets that come with dealing with a deceased estate.
