Understands your needs

Amanda understood exactly the type of home I was looking for and kept an eye on for me on the fast-moving Cambridge market. She and her partner Andrew have a lot of experience with both buying and selling houses so were able to give good advice. Amanda's sense of interior design and property improvements helped me see what I could do with a property to make it my own and add value for future resale, without over-capitalising. Her and Andrew's advice and guidance to find a house that fit my needs in the right location as well as negotiating its purchase was amazing. I can't thank them enough for helping to find my dream home!

Made us feel so confident and at ease throughout the whole experience

Andrew and Amanda are the perfect team. They managed everything for us and gave us honest opinions on staging and photographers. We do not believe we would have got the right buyer without the advice they gave us. Their communication throughout the entire process was very thorough. If we were selling again we would absoloutely use them again without a doubt.
