Mike has a calm but knowledgeable demeanour and a nice balance between helpful but not too pushy. Impressed when rocking up to my 2nd open home over a year ago he remembered my name and requirements, he gained my confidence quickly. Mike made the buying process very easy and facilitated negotiations between the 2 parties professionally. After dealing with Mike it is easy to see why there are many listings around with his name on them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike Barrett to anyone.
