We couldn’t recommend Mike highly enough. From the beginning, his communication was excellent and we genuinely felt that he was working hard for us and had our best interests at heart. It was a challenging market, but Mike consistently got good numbers through our open homes. As activity started to taper off, he never lost momentum. He kept us informed every step of the way and continually followed up with everyone who had shown interest in the property. Mike really understood our pricing position and where we needed to land. His negotiation skills were excellent and ultimately resulted in a multi-offer situation and a result we were very happy with. As we were based in Auckland and selling our property in Whangārei, Mike also went well beyond simply selling the house. He helped organise local contractors when small jobs needed to be completed before the sale and again prior to handover, which made the whole process so much easier for us. Mike is clearly very well connected in the Whangārei area and has a great network, which we believe played an important part in getting our home sold. If you’re looking for an agent who communicates, follows through, negotiates hard on your behalf and genuinely works for his vendors, we would absolutely recommend Mike.
