Brad and Siobhane sold our family home in Marsden Cove and I'd not hesitate to recommend them or work with them again. The two of them made the whole process from initial chats to prepping our house for sale, to listing and then open homes and negotiations with buyers straightforward and stressfree. Brad took the time to walk me through the entire house and garden to recommend how to present it for sale and was very patient with all my questions. They sold our house within 4 weeks! If you're looking for an agent duo that are trustworthy, communicate really well and are genuinely lovely people then you can't go past them :)

Alison and I met Mike close to 1 year ago in One Tree Point. We were looking at selling our home and viewing properties to get an understanding of type, location and price. We worked with Mike since then in securing our home in One Tree Point. Mike has an excellent approach to our requirements. He has a great knowledge for both the industry and the area and goes out of his way to ensure we were communicate to and understood the area and homes he was showing us. His work ethic is a 10 out of 10 and is a very conscientious Bayleys representative and should be highly appreciated by the Bayleys family. We find him to be a very friendly down to earth person who sets people at ease and has a great smile to go along with his great manner.
