Mike has a calm but knowledgeable demeanour and a nice balance between helpful but not too pushy. Impressed when rocking up to my 2nd open home over a year ago he remembered my name and requirements, he gained my confidence quickly. As we were first time house sellers, we spoke to a few different agents. We were nervous and very unfamiliar with the processes. Mike was the first agent we met and we felt at ease with him, he was very knowledgeable, seemed quite experienced and was down to earth. We knew pretty much straight away he was going to be our agent. Us being new to this Mike was there for us, always answering my questions or giving me a call to explain.
