Brent and Andre use a personal approach to ascertain the expectations of their clients. Although Spring is usually considered a "good" time to sell, the Market is not always predictable. They have good communication skills and the weekly meetings and reports were very useful. They were always enthusiastic about getting the house sold.

Explaining all the avenues of marketing & how people in the market were subsequently responding - therefore able to tweak our advertising as needed. Super responsive, & each team member had their niche specialty, though still skilled enough to overlap their roles if required - therefore always providing a very efficient service. When they presented us with a multi offer 2 days after an open home- it showed us how hard they had been working even behind the scenes within a couple of days!
