We recently purchased a home through Andre Stewart of the Tremains Real Estate BOP Group. We visited a house that Andre was selling several weeks ago that we loved but were not unfortunately in the position to make an offer at that stage. We made an appointment outside Open Home times, visited the house, and instantly knew that this was the house we wanted. Andre immediately knew that this house would fit our brief. Our bid was successful and we became the owners of this home the following Wednesday. Andre made the sale seamless and has been very professional advising us of the process required, and kept us fully informed to make this house our home. Brent and Andre use a personal approach to ascertain the expectations of their clients. Although Spring is usually considered a "good" time to sell, the Market is not always predictable. They have good communication skills and the weekly meetings and reports were very useful. They were always enthusiastic about getting the house sold.
