She was extremely empathetic with our situation and immediately gained our confidence with her. Although the sale of our property was handled very swiftly, we didn’t feel pressured at all. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and helped us in any way that she could, without being overbearing. I warmed with Janene from the start. Her professionalism was exemplary, together with her knowledge of Real Estate. As Buyers, she listened to exactly what sort of property we wanted and most importantly, a property within our budget. She came up with the goods and advised us to put an offer in, which we did and it was accepted. She was extremely thoughtful, both with the Vendor and us - the Buyers. She was by far, the best Agent who we had worked with. I would recommend her within a heartbeat, to any prospective Buyers. Barfoot and Thompson - you have a winner!

Lucy was such a massive help in the purchase of our first home. Despite it being a long weekend she was super responsive in terms of answering our calls and questions, and facilitated short notice viewings so we could move fast! Lucy first showed us through the property on a Thursday evening and by Sunday we had a signed agreement in place - we couldn't have achieved that without her speedy communication, professionalism, and genuine efforts to reach a winning outcome for all involved.
