The market was a bit turbulent when we first listed, but Lucy was there to provide recommendations and ensure we were on the right track with marketing, positioning and engaging prospective buyers. Nothing was too tough and her encouragement to stay to course got us through. She's confident in having realistic conversations about needs and wants on both sides and was great to have a chat to as well. Bonus points as I think the dog developed a bit of a crush through the process too 😉

From the moment we met Lucy we knew we were in good hands as her warmth and lovely personality shone through from the start. Her knowledge of the coast is exceptional and she was able to give us a great insight into the properties available and the areas of which we were interested.
