Another Sold with Eddie!
I first met Eddie Zhao as a buyer when I was searching for my own future home in the Hobsonville area, and from the very beginning I felt completely at ease speaking with him. He is approachable, professional, and genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for everyone involved. Even as a buyer, I could see how open, patient, and solution-focused he was, which immediately built my trust. At the same time as we were buying, we were also selling two properties. So when it came time to choose an agent for our own sale, selecting Eddie was an easy decision. He certainly did not disappoint – in fact, he exceeded our expectations. First one particular sale was not an easy one. We had originally listed with Ray White, but things did not go smoothly and the property remained unsold. Eddie stepped in, took control of the situation, and applied his market knowledge, strategic thinking, and persistence to reposition the property and turn things around. Eddie is reliable, quick to respond, and always focused on maximising every opportunity. His communication is excellent, keeping us informed and involved at every stage of the process. What really stands out is his ability to build trust on both sides – both vendors and buyers feel comfortable working with him, which makes negotiations smoother and more productive. And second one was listed with Eddie which made a sold in 4 weeks, even in this tough market. Thanks to Eddie’s expertise and commitment, both properties were successfully sold. We couldn’t be happier with the result or the overall experience. We have now completed our journey of selling two properties and upsizing to a new home – and yes, we even bought our new house with Eddie as well! They all with Eddie! I highly recommend Eddie Zhao to anyone looking for a dependable, hardworking agent who truly goes above and beyond.
