Admittedly we were disappointed at the start when we found out Leila was not in the country when we decided to put our property on the market. However our concerns soon melted away when we met Zoe-Lou. We found Zoe-Lou professional and yet easy to communicate with. She is bright, positive, a good listener,kind, caring. We engaged the services of Zoe to help us sell our property in Whenuapai. Unfortunately for us, the market had taken a turn at the time and was very uncertain. Zoe really took time to understand our needs, expectations and was very honest about the market conditions. She was also excellent at updating us on any ongoing changes. Since first meeting Leila and Zoe-Lou over a year ago, we have always found them to be good listeners, receptive and never pushy. We were on-again, off-again in our decision to sell our house, as we were so fond of the area in which we lived and yet understood that we were quickly outgrowing our home. We were reassured to know that Leila and Zoe-Lou were patiently waiting in the wings, for when we finally gave our instructions to "go". It was Zoe-Lou who took the helm and helped keep us steady during a time when the market has been particularly turbulent. We knew our open homes would begin with a genuinely warm and friendly welcome that would contribute to a positive experience. Her commitment and enthusiasm made her the best person for the job. I cannot recommend Zoe-Lou enough, she communicated in a clear and effective way and walked us through the process in a stress-free and easy way (despite us selling remotely). I loved how Zoe-Lou directed and lead us through the sales process and was proactive, this meant we could trust her to get things done and never had to follow up or ask twice about anything. Zoe-Lou's depth of knowledge and recommendations were based on up to date information on the current market and she was straight up, honest and direct while still being polite. It can be hard to find real estate agents that you can trust whole heartedly, but Zoe-Lou is one of them. She was absolutely brilliant to work with and we would use her again in a heartbeat (if we had another house to sell 😂)

As soon as Leila and Zoe-Lou came to appraise our property in Whenuapai Village, we knew they were the team for us. They carefully considered the grounds first before setting foot in the house and were able to give us a fresh perspective of what buyers are looking for. We loved Leila’s down to earth but respectful approach, and her extensive knowledge of the market and the Whenuapai area. Zoe-Lou was fantastic with the marketing, and we can see she is a shining star in the real estate profession. We especially loved her video presentation. Their dedication to the job at hand and relentless optimism for a positive outcome was infectious. Since we had been on this property for 30 years, it was a huge decision to sell. Leila and Zoe-Lou were able to give us a plan to get to market, which we found invaluable. We followed every bit of advice given and enjoyed the process along the way. It was rewarding to get such lovely feedback on how well our home and garden was presented. Although it was trying circumstances going to market in the middle of lockdowns, Team Morris were not phased by the restrictions. They just got on with the job at hand and worked so hard for us to get a result we are happy with. We had not been looking forward to selling but felt through this whole process that we were all a great team.
