I felt very comfortable having Leila and Zoe-Lou Morris market my home. My first impression was very positive, of trust and confidence, and as several friends had also recommended them, I very quickly decided they were the team to market my home. They both explained the whole process to me very clearly as well as the various options so I was very well informed. I was very impressed by Leila’s knowledge of the market and her honestly and openness, and Zoe-Lou presented an exceedingly detailed and well researched professional package, so it was easy for me to make my final decision on the marketing strategy. I also felt that if I was a buyer rather than a seller, I could trust Leila’s down-to-earth judgement, openness and honesty implicitly. The Morris’s arranged for the staging of the house as well as photographs and had a beautiful video made showing the house to its very best advantage. Leila rang weekly after every open home, and her optimism for a positive outcome was very encouraging and set my heart at ease. Zoe-Lou also updated me weekly by e-mail on the outcome of all open homes and level of interest shown. They both presented the home to prospective buyers with infectious optimism and enthusiasm thereby encouraging a great deal of interest and a very satisfactory ultimate outcome.
