I Found Him To Be Proactive
Shane recently sold my property in Tuakau and I found him to be proactive, professional, communicative and personable. He was particularly approachable and as promised he provided an update on the sales campaign at least weekly. I Have No Hesitation In Recommending Shane
To Whom It May Concern, My considerable experience first as the CEO of a National company with responsibility for recruitment of a National Sales Team and also privately, the purchase and sale of 15 residential properties I believe qualifies my assessment of Shane Groom as an excellent Real Estate Agent. The process from start to finish was professional,honest in a word outstanding .
We had been looking at selling for a while & finally made the decision to proceed.We had spoken to Shane & Megan in the early stages & decided to list with them .The main reason at no stage did we feel pressured,to us that was very important. Throughout the whole process we were fully informed every step of the way. Both Megan & Shane were in sync so whoever turned up for open homes it didn't matter everything was covered. We also felt Shane kept us fully informed as to what was happening around us in the area re other houses selling & also as our house took a while to sell coming to us with the different options to try to achieve an outcome . Having dealt with Pam many times we knew what to expect. She brought us in as soon as the property went on the market and the process was very quick and simple. Outstanding Result!
We had previously dealt with Pam when looking to buy a property and her guidance along that journey was explamplory and very helpful. When it came time to sell my elderly fathers home we had no hesitation in choosing Pam as the agent. And wow she went above and beyond our expectation. Shane is such an expert

Absolute Amazing Job
Shane and Melissa from Barfoot and Thompson did an absolute amazing job in selling our house. They were both very good with their communication the entire process and went above and beyond to get our house sold in an impressive short period. We are so pleased with our outcome and it is all thanks to them with all their hard work and effort.
