We engaged Luke after a failed attempt to sell - over many months - with another agency. We were selling in an area that would only appeal to a small percentage of the market, and so the pool of buyers were much smaller than selling in a town or city. Our two properties were a luxury home, and a partly developed section with plans for the build inside a gated rural community.
