Scott truly is the most knowledgeable rural market agent in the Franklin area. The sale set up was clear and well communicated with the marketing stripped off unnecessary advertising and the photography and video were superb. Communication with him and his team is very easy and prompt. I recommend Scott for anyone choosing an agent to sell their property.

We recently engaged Diana to sell a family property in Pukekohe. From the moment we first made contact, until the successful sale Diana and her team not only provided a really professional and excellent service , but also went that extra mile to really make it as stress free and smooth as possible. We felt very cared for and well guided throughout out the marketing and sales process , and a big thanks to her for the valuable service provided. We would recommend her and if we had another property to sell would go straight to Diana.

Luke and Jason are a great team and made us feel comfortable from the get-go. They were honest and very professional. They listened to what we wanted and were respectful of our decisions. We ended up getting a dream price for our lifestyle property - well over what we expected to get. Jason and Luke always communicated well and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling. We cannot thank them enough for their role in our selling process.

Brendon is the most outstanding agent. He is up to date, informed and works very hard for his vendors and purchasers. We have been kept informed, had good opportunities to talk things through without ever feeling pressured into anything. The whole process has been seamless and without any stress. We have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Brendon and highly recommend him to others who are thinking of selling. You cannot go past Brendon if you are looking for an agent.

When selling our much loved home of 20 years, Diana was very helpful with her advice and experience to have our home ready for market. This was help that was very much appreciated Once listed and live, Diana kept us fully informed with feedback anf activity reports which helped guide us in the negotiation stage. From start to finish we felt personally well looked after in what was an emotional move. Thanks again Diana!
