Simone made light work out of a difficult situation, being a deceased estate to be sold by executors of the estate who are both located in Australia. Scott has been in our area for a long time, the first flyer we had in the mailbox from Scott was very quirky, saying there would be traffic issues for a certain house. That got my attention, quite a unique approach with some humor. i followed Scott knowing we would be selling in the future...and buying. so, I have recently sold thru Scott, he is always available, returns calls and follows thru. He is dealing with most peoples biggest asset and the professionalism shows, as does his integrity. Through my own "indecisive" doings , i ended up with 2 properties and Scott gave me full reassurance and my panic times turned to absolute relief and calm... he delivered. His knowledge in the market, accuracy, and contacts is second to none. I cannot recommend him highly enough . There is a lot of reasons Scott is one of the best. My one worded recommendation would be due to the trustworthiness. Cant recommend him enough, I too am in business and delivery is such an underestimated result these days, you wont have any issues with Scott .
