Questions we had were able to be answered although sometimes not with great confidence. The agent we worked with was willing to meet at the house last minute on multiple occasions which we really valued and appreciated and there was never a rush to get in and out. Sometimes felt that there lacked some transparency particularly through the purchasing/negotiating phase which is somewhat understandable but other than that all good really.
