On a three week turn around we couldn’t ask for more. Scott and Simone’s knowledge and professionalism were exceptional. From our point of view if you let the professional do their job and take their advice you get results. In our case that is exactly what we did and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Charle was the agent @ 19 McIntosh Drive for all the open homes we went to there & followup visits. Her communication & professionalism was excellent, including her presentation was up there. Charle kept us updated promptly with any questions we had. We wish her all the best for her future in the Real Estate industry & wouldn't hesitate to contact Charle in the future for any further Real Estate requirements.

Dealing with Simone was by far the best experience I had ever had dealing with an estate agent in my 15 years of buying and selling property I must say she definitely went over and above and it’d be my pleasure to work with her again in future endeavours I would highly recommend her and wish her all the best

From the get-go, Simone set the bar high for what one could expect from an estate agent, and she consistently surpassed it at every turn. My recent experience of selling a home while being out of the country could have been fraught with stress and uncertainty, but thanks to Simone, it was anything but. Her professionalism was evident from our first interaction; she communicated with clarity and authority that immediately instilled confidence. She was not just a communicator, though; Simone was a listener. She paid close attention to my needs and preferences, which made me feel well taken care of, despite the physical distance. Simone's ability to take the reins and control situations was nothing short of impressive. Knowing that relaying messages across different time zones could lead to delays, she anticipated potential setbacks and tackled them proactively. Decisions that would typically require lengthy discussions were handled by Simone with a combination of tact and expertise. She thought on her feet and took care of issues before they even had a chance to become problems. Her knowledge of the local market is extensive. Simone's insights and advice were invaluable, ensuring that my property was not only well-presented but also positioned to sell at the best possible price. Working with Simone was an absolute joy. Her positive attitude and tireless work ethic transformed what could have been a challenging journey into a stress-free experience. The peace of mind she provided was invaluable, and her dedication to her clients shone through every step of the way. I should also add that all the while Simone was 7months pregnant!! I couldn't recommend Simone enough. If you're looking for an agent who is not only dedicated and extremely capable but also a pleasure to work with, look no further. Simone will handle your real estate needs with the utmost care and professionalism. Thank you, Simone, for an outstanding job well done.
