Their communication skills are exceptional. We always felt heard and supported right from the beginning - especially with extra care needed with family invalid. We were contacted every step of the way ( rung after Open Homes and viewings) and we always felt free to ring with any questions or concerns - receiving always friendly and helpful advice or information -and/ or willingness to research to find solutions/alternatives to problems. Di and her team were really supportive during the sale of our home. She helped us to understand what we could expect from the sale, and demonstrated really clearly where our money was best spent in marketing and preparations. We ended up with several offers in the range that we were hoping for and she helped to guide us through the pros and cons of each offer. We felt really confident moving forward with our next plans knowing that early in the campaign we had our property under contract, with a back up contract ready to go. In a depressed and nervous market, Scott was a patient negotiator. He talked us into selling in winter. Our marketing was very good and we had around a 100 viewings in 6 weeks. He was always calm and focused. He had a good team behind him who were all very supportive and communicative. We had 5 offers and he worked hard to achieve the best possible result for us in a poor market.
