We have enjoyed working with Di from the outset , she has a particular personal style which is easy to relate to. Di explained the marketing process and was very approachable, responded to questions constructively and always made time for our queries. Di has a great sense of humour, and while sometimes a bit random, has an engaging outlook which we found refreshing in the real estate world. We also appreciated the stats and data that was presented regularly giving useful insight into who was engaging with the property, and particular demographics around this.
We were selling our property in a challenging economic climate, but had confidence that Mel and Di would be able to sell it for us, they layered the marketing in a way that built and developed from a structured approach, instilling confidence and supporting us as vendors until ultimately the property sold. Though it was not as much as we had hoped, given the context of a recession, this was not from lack of effort on the part of the agents. It was the positivity of the agents that gave the marketing campaign strength and drive.
